The anti-plagiarism system developed by International Certification Institute core journals now adopts seven languages including Arabic, Vietnamese, English, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish. Through full-scale search, inspection and comparison, the system is now applied to examine the articles published in paper academic journals, electronic journals (CDs + paper academic journals), and collected papers (ISBN) in over 500 databases and networks all over the world. Such examination covers character frequency analysis in articles, Chinese word frequency analysis, English word frequency analysis, content analysis and text analysis. It analyzes the originality of each word and sentence and calculates the plagiarism ratio. If the ratio of Chinese words to English words is around 1.7:1 and the test result is over 25%, the article shall be considered as plagiarized article. Any paper academic journal, electronic journal and collected papers that has over five plagiarized articles for each issue shall not be accepted.
